Notes:

• Pastel colors will be used for decoration. Specific colors are to be requested at time order is placed and may be subject to an additional fee. Note: minor variations in color can occur when mixing natural food colors.
• We have a large selection of pre-printed wafer sketches for the top of the cake. Wafers are $10.00.
• We can computer scan almost any photo or drawing (excluding copyrighted material) and print this onto an edible wafer. Scanned wafers are $11.00.
• We can hand sketch logos, emlems, pictures, etc. Sketches are $14.00 and up depending on complexity.
• Diaramas (with cars, dinosaurs, horses, etc.) are $14.00. Extra charge may be applicable depending on size and complexity.

(1) Bungalow cake is yellow and chocolate cake topped with whipped cream, fresh bananas, fresh strawberries (when in season), and whipped cream frosting.

(2) Chocolate mousse cake is chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and coated with melted chocolate icing:

(3) Black forest cake is chocolate cake with cherry filling, fudge frosting, and cherry filling on top.

(4) Napoleon cakes (puff pastry sheets with bavarian cream) are available only in sheet cake sizes.

(5) Cannoli cakes are yellow cake with cherry or rum soak, cannoli filling, and whipped cream frosting with sliced toasted almonds on the sides.

(6) Banana custard filling is fresh sliced bananas with vanilla custard.
